Alan Rickman will forever be loved by me, that in unquestionable, he's an amazing actor and was in many regards the first person I fell in love with at the tender age of 8/9.
I mean really I challenge anyone not to love him.
Anywho Mr Rickman aside, I have two new found loves.
First off I want to say something about Guy Henry who is just divine he's wonderful, he's tall and dark and handsome and such a lovely man and I've rather fallen in love with him since about January. For now though it is not him I want to talk about.
What I want to talk about is Holby City, In particular The Swede and The Teddy Bear (as I like to call them).
This is where the two face element comes in, oh how it would be heaven with these two, I would have the two sides of the coin that I love so much.
Like Two-Face in Batman
On the one side he has the light on the other he has the dark, in my case it would be Dr Sacha Levy and Henrick Hanssenn.
.
First off this is Mr Henrick Hanssenn in all his glory;
Henrick is the big guns at Holby, he gets to enforce budget cuts and be ruthless, but the real draw is how mean he appears to be. Henrick is probably a rather nice guy quite distant and cold but nice nonetheless but because of his job he is the monster at the top. He's tall and brooding, extreamley tall in fact, he's like a vampire, tall, pale, brooding, dark hair , dark eyes. A Razor sharp tongue that will cut you down where you stand and an air of thoroughly English interllect about him. He wouldn't take you out dancing or bring you roses he'd sit in his office with a whiskey, while you went about your dutiful business.
I'm not painting a very good picture but to someone like me who loves (and I mean LOVES) a good villainous man, he would be perfect he would play up to the dark side of my lair.
Heres a little clip I found so you can get a true image of him and his prescence..... stick it out he comes in :)
Even better I found this little composition someone has made :)
As for my good side, the heavenly side. Filled with roses and dancing and chocolates.
Ok I exxaggerate but that would be down to
Sacha Levy, Sacha is the opposite to Henrick and I'd rather illustrate this in a video because the pictures on google are well lets just say the film gives a better idea.
He's the opposite like I've already said, lovely always smiling, he is very generous and kind and a big romantic at heart. He also wears his heart on his sleeve. He's very intelligent which is always a win. He's a surgeon at Holby and is good with patients of all ages. He's cuddly, hence the Teddy Bear analogy. Not Dark but grey quite the opposite with sparkly eyes.
I don't know how else to explain him to you you have to watch the clip to understand, I do prefer him now though with his longer hair but anyway.
There are many examples I can think of for the two flipsides of people I'd like but I don't really think I've encountered it in one tv programme before though.
So I'm interested in who yours are; Lets give you a little challenge. What I'd like to see is if you pass this on get a sort of roll going all I'm asking is cite me in your blogs when you do :)
So here it is, what I want you to do is think about it in terms of two faces room who would you have on either side; which two chracters one good one bad. They don't have to be from the same show, book, or even the same medium. :) I'd like to see what you come up with so let me know in the comments box to. :)
